To write Julie's Words was the best decision that I have ever made, it was the right decision and still is. There was a lot of soul searching before I realised what was right in front of my. This part of my life has been incredibly fulfilling and fully justified. It all comes from the heart. Anything that is worthwhile will always come from there.

Never look any further, it will always set you free. Free to dream and free to live.

It is in the stars and in your heart. That has to be the very best start.

There is something special in all of us and that something needs to be recognised. I have learned a lot of wisdom over the years; and so too, have shed a lot of tears. I have had to face some harsh realities that no one person should have to. I was bullied, picked on, told I was no good, and so the list goes on. And all because I had something wrong with me that people couldn't and didn't understand. Those were the bad days but I turned my life around. I had to be strong. I had choices to make, to stay in that situation or take the higher ground and make my mark. I turned my life around and became great.

You also have the power to turn your life around. If you don't like something, change it. You can make a difference. I hope you not only enjoy reading this book; but learn something about yourself from these words. That is my wish for you. To be able to help and inspire is the greatest gift of all.

This is not a book that you will have to read all at once. This book can be read a little piece at a time and can be used as a reference book. To be put down and picked up again when the time is right, or a little love and inspiration are called for or needed. This is a book you will cherish for a lifetime. Take the wisdom as it comes. These words are not fancy nor are they contrived. They are just simpe words for relating to everyday situations. The stories in this book have a strong meaning for some. I have had nothing but praise and positive comments on the way in which it has been written.
