Do What You Dare

Stay Focused, Know your destiny. You are the one, the only one doing it for yourself. Joy and sorrow are easily given. Everyday knowledge is learned not given. Learn life’s lessons carefully. Self help is the greatest gift you can give yourself. only you can help. Always travel forward never backwards, Progress do not retreat. Today is here, tomorrow will come, yesterday has gone. The mind is a powerful force, fill it with the right sort of energy. Your day will come as will the sun. Let your bright light shine. Words are spoken, but sometimes actions will speak louder. Take control and keep it. Be calm and controlled.The solution is yours, let’s enjoy the moment. Let the good times roll and the bad times fall. Be aware of any tension but don’t add to it. Don’t try and ‘fix fences’ that are not broken. Relax and be relaxed, don’t let yourself down. Treat yourself with the respect you deserve and then practice on others. Give yourself a break.Be wise, be human and be gentle in your dealings with others. Make their day, you will soon be making yours. Live life as you would expect others to. Each and every one of us has something that they enjoy; they are good at and like to do. It doesn’t have to be much, but this is the gift I give to you. I started this great pastime with an intention in mind; and that intention was forever true. Of course the object was to help people. Catch a falling star and put it in your pocket, never let it fade away; catch a falling star and put it in you pocket, save it for a rainy day. You can take whatever meaning out of those words if it works for you, and I believe this does. Always capture the moment. Close to home

The confident people in this world have little to worry about or disturb them, they can radiate and charm. The timid or shy amongst us, may struggle just to get along. Exercise Book

Never apologise for being yourself. Never apologise for being the beautiful and giving person that you may become. And you need never apologise for being right.
