It is all about you
I will tell you a story. It is not an endless story, but it does carry with it a very powerful message. And for those precious souls that wish to hear that message this is how it goes. This is a story of hope and dreams and lots of courage, determination, and spirit. This story relates to all of us and we each have the desire to excel at something as we go; with fate playing its invincible part. Before I go any further with this let me give you a definition of the words hope, dreams, courage, determination and spirit. HOPE is all about reaching for the stars and finding that strength of purpose that we all need to be able to get there. And HOPE is something to hold on to when the times start getting rough. We all have HOPE and we all need HOPE to help with the highs and the lows that get thrust upon us. HOPE is what we deserve and HOPE is what we can achieve. DREAMS, we all know what they are and we all have them. DREAMS are what we give to ourselves; for DREAMS are commitments of the soul. DREAMS can start from nothing and then turn into something alive and magical. DREAMS are what we hold onto and radiate into. DREAMS are vital to us all. DREAMS can make us strong. And finding the strength they give means everything. COURAGE is all about that little voice inside all of us shouting ‘yes I can do it” COURAGE is trying and failing then getting up and trying again. COURAGE can be built into the mind. COURAGE is already in the heart. COURAGE can be used as the trigger. COURAGE is self belief. DETERMINATION is believing you can do something and being absolutely dedicated and not giving up on that reasoning. DETERMINATION is fixing what is gone wrong and making it right. DETERMINATION is relating in the right way, being kind to yourself and asking the hard questions. DETERMINATION is a way to move ahead. And the last one is SPIRIT. This is perhaps the most important for any growth because if it was not for your SPIRIT you are like a lost soul. The SPIRIT to live, the SPIRIT to survive in a world you sometimes do not understand. We all have it, we know what to do. The SPIRIT is part of the whole picture and treated with respect it will take you to wherever you wish to go. Keeping the SPIRIT alive is wonderful and should be treasured. And here we have a few definitions worth thinking about. This is your process, this is your purpose. Only you can believe in yourself, only you have that knowledge.
Perhaps story is the wrong word to use as in reality this is just as important as night and day. The way the mists rise and the way the sunset glows in the night sky with its rays and its glory. Or the colours of the dawns rays, how they cascade into the day to make a spectacular sight. That is how you can make your magic and that is how you must believe in yourself. It is not hard to see your own potential. And when you see it, you can be proud. But before we can expect anything to happen we have to feast on that wisdom and make it a reality. Everyone has a heart and everyone has a soul. Use your heart and your destiny will be shown there. Use your soul and the future will be yours. But before you can do all that an effort must be made and you must set yourself challenges. Whether you succeed with them the first time you try is not important. You will achieve them one day, if not that day. It is important that you do not give up, because once you do that the belief is gone and you have nothing. Just remember that you are better than the people that remember you. You can rise above their limited view. You and nobody else can let your imagination run riot. Keep things in perspective. Know what you can do and show them how you believe in yourself so they may copy and learn from you. You know the mind is a powerful thing; and once programmed it can take you anyway and you can do anything. You are the only one that can take control. This is yours to rule.

It takes a little while before we can walk, and it takes that long before we can talk. One of these little miracles might happen before the other and the rest quickly follows. It is all worth it, all incredible and all part of nature. A lesson that is very valuable as we go through life; is that while we are still young and going through our growing years we learn to take little steps, long before the big ones can be taken. Or before they are even thought about. We may stumble, we may fall; we may graze ourselves and yet we move on. It is all worth it, we know we are alive. Often we can not start growing until we have experienced these things. They are just products of a life that we all grow into. And as such have their own place like the stars that shine or the moon that glows. They enable us to get to the starting gate and carry on. Because, in the early years of our development we receive a lot of encouragement and love we will move ahead with courage and a lot of certainty. These are the early years, the years of trust. As we grow and settle we start communicating in our own way. The wants and needs of the children must be guaranteed. Then comes the school years, we are out of the nest and expected to learn. There are expectations to be met and the lessons are set. Different people have different needs and these needs have to be explored. Some learn at a rapid pace and seem to have no problems. Others seem to just get by and are thought to be difficult. There is nothing wrong with not being brilliant in everything you do. We have the same set of demands placed upon us. Some will shine while others will pale in comparison. Such is life, we move on with the tools we have. We are now reaching the competitive age, the teenage years. The years where feelings are easily confused. And often life’s lessons get in the way or get disregarded. We are now young adults and so take another step toward our future. We all get to choose the kind of life we want to enjoy. For most it is a job, a steady income overseas trips and buying your first home. With marriage somewhere in between. This is just life. It may not be yours, or indeed mine. But it may be theirs. Whatever you do with your life, whatever you have; you are born into it so make the most of it. This is it, you can not turn back the clock once the cycle is in motion. Be happy with what you have created, it is unique. If you play the scene right, you will have it all. And there is no way but the right way. Your destiny, the scenery and the image are all under way. Do not stray from your destiny.
